If you decide to cancel the order due to the fact that you can not wait, you need to cancel the order within first 24 hours. Otherwise the order can not be cancelled because the production line has arranged your order for assembling. We are a wholesaler and a manufacturer, not a consumer retail store. However, if you really need to cancel an order prior to its shipment, you may contact your sales representative to arrange the cancellation. However, not all requests will be granted.

We accept check payment. To use check payment, just checkout as usual and follow the system instruction. Please be advised that we can not ship out your order until your check is cleared in our bank. Any bounced check will induce a USD$35 check bounced fee charged by our financial institutions. Currently we are only able to accept check payment from USA and Canada.
Net 15 Day Terms
Master Air Tool Ltd Co offers authorized distributors and resellers net 15 terms with a credit limit, the initial credit limit will be at least $500 and more based on your business credit history and frequency of ordering. Authorized distributors need to have at least minimum 3 transactions with min. one order a month prior to being approved for net 15 day terms. Any purchase exceeding net term credit limit needs to be prepaid within 7 business days after order confirmation via authorized signed purchase order. Each net 15 day term order needs to be equal to $500 or exceeding $500 per order. The due date of net 15 day terms is on the 15th day from the date of your shipment dispatched directly from Hot Springs, AR 71913. Your net term privilege will be revoked if your account has no ordering activity for 2 consecutive months.
Wire Transfer/ACH/Telewire ( New )

When you place an order, if your account has available store credits, the store credit will be used to pay for your order first automatically. All store credit is non-refundable and can only be used on www.mastertoolsupply.com. Customers who wants to get further discount can purchase store credit. Each store credit you purchase, we will add additional 5% of what you pay for the store credit as free bonus.
